Recruit 'Your' Reading Team Members
Challenge the energy that pulls so many of 'us' to hesitate...to wait...until someone else asks 'us' to participate in something new with them. Practice your 'inviter skills'...to recruit both people you know and know of. Exercise the normal cautions when engaging people you're unfamiliar with...but as a team...please take some risks to grow your 'local world'. Create 3-5 person learning teams and build commitment frameworks and meeting structures that build genuine accountability within the team. Don't seek or make 'rules'. Instead, seek agreement in expectations as to how to read and work...together. Agreements that can grow and be adjusted as the team learns of itself...and of its impact on each other.

Check Your Expectations At The Door
Keep in mind this is 'a' researcher-writer putting this together...former community organizer and educator... but not a 'cluster, co-op or company'. This is all a developing course in 'our' brokenness and failure to protect billions of lives for millennia. Failure to inquire, educate, organize and build societies to benefit 'all' as 'we' also learn to prevent, confront and re-incorporate species' members who came to understand themselves as toxically 'smaller-than'. Keep centering on the fact...that 'no one is coming...because no one has been willing to do the work to understand 'us'...our capacities and possibilities ...at the level of power in 'us'. It's exceedingly easy to harm people in the socially-diseased and isolated mind that feeds the chase for 'more-than'. It's work how to understand how we impact each other...all...and the accountability that goes with 'our' sociality.
Organizing Principles
Create structures that can grow and adapt...i.e., structures that value 'all'. Focus on developing genuine relationships with whom to build a better future together ...rather than extracting quick 'promises' that excite us in recruiting short-term commitments.
Elite males recruit males (and some females)...to 'remove' children not theirs...in the many forms of elite-abuse of 'our' world from which they seek to take 'more-than'.
Build 'our' world together, keenly knowing...'we'...together... evaporate children...because we can...thinking 'it's a good job'... which requires that 'we follow orders'...which includes tossing kids in blue-bags...in ditches...every day.
'We' participate in building that world...every day...and have...for millennia...stuck in mimicking and parroting the social world into which 'we' were born.
Look around. No chasers of 'more-than'...sense any reason to build a world any different...to benefit some 'us'.
It's always been simply...'ours' to do.

The goal: Not to change 'the system', but to re-develop our social-structures to support 'our' evolved-capacity to care for each other at the level that 'our' imposed harm actually diminishes when it doesn't prevent. That harm that operates in species-wide, millennia-deep, domination-to-submission patterns that rob billions of 'us' of the full gift of our life...and wellbeing...together.
More comprehensively understanding ourselves and our sociality will generate new patterns of life...together. We cannot describe to you...what none of 'us' have seen or experienced...i.e.,'our' lives lived capable of confronting the ease of harm imposed in the global bunch of addicts' chase for their hit of 'more-than'.
🚨 Bootstrap Reality Check
The scale for this global learning-experiment to succeed effectively...needs to exceed: 9.64M participants in the US, and 250.6M participants globally. The infrastructure 'we' need vs. the resources 'we' currently possess = why 'we' need to focus 'our' organizing energy...NOW.
Every person you recruit multiplies 'our' capacity. NOW is not the time to wait for 'perfect' systems, funding or 'saviors'. Today's ditch is being dug...bodies being piled and waiting...males with 'good jobs' laughing on their coffee-break...knowing their task ensures them a long income-stream.
If you've noticed...it's just another 'normal' day of 'harm'...until 'we' make it not so.
What 'we' are experimentally building is the learning infrastructure meant to address 'our' dysfunctions at scale...for the first time in species' history!
Remember: Someone Has to Go First
You can be that critical "someone else" that others are waiting to mimic...waiting to parrot...hesitant actors uncertain of mimicking our learning-task of confronting 'our' profoundly challenging future. So many of us...never learned to risk the role of 'first'. That Daily Death Ditch...fills while the hesitant...wait.
Change the frame...as 'they're your child'. Change your fear of vague feelings of 'not enough'.
